Movement is the main source of good health. When immersed in water, body weight is only 30% of total body weight. Exercising in the pool reduces the strain on your joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles. The water also has a calming effect, allowing you to relax and free yourself of stress. Positive emotions always help you recover faster and grow stronger.

The basic principles of Tai Chi motions are relaxation, softness, discipline and meditation. These motions balance the mind and body, increase balance and strength, help you relax, and improve your concentration and breathing.
Movement therapy with elements of aerobics
Brisk walking is a great way to make your heart beat faster, and doing that with aerobics is even more fun. We move to the rhythm of music and increase muscle activity and blood circulation. This gives us positive energy and a good mood for the entire day.
