SPA etiquette

Your Relaxness,

to make your and other guests’ relaxation at the SPA truly pleasant, we invite you to follow these recommendations:

  • Reservations. We recommend booking SPA treatments in advance to secure your preferred time and procedures. You may cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 4 hours before the treatment begins. Payments for unused services included in packages are non-refundable.

  • Arrive on time. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your treatment to register, change, and prepare calmly.

  • Escort to treatment. Upon arrival, we will welcome you at the reception – our staff will accompany you to the treatment room or SPA area to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.

  • Clothing.

    • Non-hotel guests – please leave outdoor clothes in the cloakroom near the hotel reception (1st floor).

    • In SPA areas – slippers or comfortable footwear (not outdoor shoes), and a bathrobe found in your hotel room (for non-hotel guests, slippers and a bathrobe are provided at the SPA reception).

    • In the pool and sauna complex – Western-style swimsuit, slippers suitable for wet areas.

    • In the gym – sportswear and sports shoes.

  • Start with a shower. Before any body treatment, massage, pool, sauna, or bath, we recommend taking a warm shower – it helps relax, maintain cleanliness, and enhances the pleasure.

  • Multiple massages. If you book several massages during your stay, we recommend a dry body scrub or a hammam scrub before the first massage for better and stronger results.

  • Phones & silence. You may bring your phone to capture your Relaxness moments, but please use silent mode. The SPA is an oasis of tranquility – speak quietly, avoid loud conversations or calls (especially video calls). Respect the peace and relaxation of other guests.

  • Take time to rest. Use this opportunity to relax and dedicate SPA time to true rest.

  • Nutrition. Avoid heavy food at least 1 hour before your treatment.

  • Jewelry. Please remove jewelry during treatments – it may get lost, damaged, or cause accidental injury.

  • Hydration. If you visit saunas, baths, or the gym, as well as after massages or body treatments – drink more water. It enhances the detoxifying effect and helps you feel better.

  • Alcohol. Procedures and alcohol are not compatible – avoid alcohol before and immediately after SPA treatments.

  • Skin care. Avoid shaving or depilation on the same day if you plan a body scrub – products used may irritate the skin.

  • Make-up. Please come to facial treatments without make-up for the best results.

  • Health condition. Inform your therapist at the beginning of the procedure about any health issues, allergies, or recent medical treatments. Not all treatments are suitable for everyone.

  • Physician consultations. At SPA VILNIUS, you can book individual consultations with a physical medicine & rehabilitation doctor. They will assess your condition, listen to your expectations, recommend suitable treatments, and advise on health care for future visits.

  • Mineral water. For restoring magnesium and other minerals, we recommend drinking natural mineral water. During your consultation, the doctor will advise on mineralization, temperature, and frequency.

  • Pregnancy. If you are expecting, please inform the doctor or your therapist – we will recommend treatments suitable for mothers-to-be. Treatments are performed after the 12th week of pregnancy.

  • Contact lenses. Please inform us if you wear them before facial treatments.

  • Bath treatments. For maximum effect, we recommend enjoying baths without clothes. If this is uncomfortable, you may wear a swimsuit, or disposable underwear will be provided.

  • Underwater massage. Please wear a swimsuit, as the procedure is performed by a therapist.

  • Rasul steam bath. Recommended without clothes, as cosmetic products may stain fabric and the effect is stronger. You will enjoy the treatment alone, without other guests present.

  • Children in SPA areas. If visiting with children, please ensure they behave calmly and respectfully. Little Relaxness guests are welcome in the pool from 10:00 to 21:00 together with you.

  • Punctuality. If you are late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid disturbing the schedule of other guests.

  • Fragrances. Please avoid strong perfumes – in the SPA it is important that the atmosphere is pleasant for all.

  • Extend your relaxation. For deeper rest, do not rush – spend some time in the relaxation room, enjoy herbal tea, and let your body and mind return to everyday life gradually.
