Inspired by local delicacies and Lithuanian seasons, Monist restaurant opens its doors daily for long and slow breakfasts, modern lunches and curiosity-inducing dinners. The restaurant's menu changes with the seasons, with exceptional flavours created by chef Eglė Kaminskaitė, who has 16 years of experience in Lithuanian and Norwegian restaurants.

After tasting the fresh flavours, guests can brighten their conversations at the Monist bar. With the afternoon tea before the sun goes down, followed by a cocktail menu curated by an experienced team of mixologists.
