Rest Explorer
Your first steps into the Relaxness Club! Although you don’t have a status yet, your journey has already begun. Every euro spent at SPA VILNIUS earns 1 point: 1 € spent = 1 point
Rest Enthusiast
The beginning of conscious relaxation – like taking your first breath in the rhythm of rest. Achieved after spending 1000 € per year, from this level onward: 1 € spent = 2 points
Rest Expert
You already know what suits you best and how to fully enjoy your rest. Achieved after spending 2500 € per year, from this level onward: 1 € spent = 3 points
Rest Master
A true connoisseur of relaxation who has reached the highest state of comfort. Achieved after spending 5000 € per year, from this level onward: 1 € spent = 4 points
Rest Legend (Secret Level)
Whispers tell of this level, reached by spending 10 000 € per year: “Do such guests truly exist?” – Yes, and this is more than a status. It's a lifestyle where rest becomes an art form, and the privileges are beyond compare.

- Points are accumulated under the name of the Loyalty Program member, who is also the payer and stays at the SPA VILNIUS hotel. Therefore, we recommend always booking services under the same person’s name (for example, when booking services for the family – the payer should always be the same person as the Loyalty Program member).
- Points are awarded after check-out and can be used for a future stay.
- Points are calculated based on euros spent on SPA VILNIUS accommodation, dining, and SPA services according to the level: up to 1000 €/year → 1 point per euro (Rest Explorer), 1000 €–2499 €/year → 2 points per euro (Rest Enthusiast), 2500 €–4999 €/year → 3 points per euro (Rest Expert), 5000 € and more/year → 4 points per euro (Rest Master).
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points may be redeemed only for services listed in the Relaxness Club Catalogue.
- Services must be booked in the usual way (preferably in advance), and points will be deducted during final payment at reception.
- The company reserves the right to modify the selection of services and their point value as listed in the Relaxness Club Catalogue.
- Only the point holder can redeem points.
- Status is valid for one year from the date of award but may be updated earlier if a higher status is earned.
- Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are awarded – we recommend using them during your next visit.
- Point balance can be checked at +370 313 53811, [email protected], or at reception.
- Purchases of goods or services from SPA VILNIUS partners do not count toward the point-earning total.
- Points are awarded only for direct bookings (not through agencies, Booking.com, or third-party gift vouchers).
- Points cannot be used for services booked via third parties.
- Buying SPA VILNIUS gift vouchers does not generate points.
- The company reserves the right to change program terms and privileges.
- In order to fulfil the conditions of the Relaxness Club, the personal data you have provided for the purpose of your stay will be further processed in accordance with the personal data processing rules approved by the company. The data processing on a contractual basis will be carried out by JSC “Anšilas”.
