Internal Rules

  • UAB “Anšilas” is the controller of personal data. Your personal data, provided with your written consent, may be used for internal marketing purposes. You have the right to ознакомиться with the company’s personal data processing policy and rules.

  • By using SPA VILNIUS Day SPA services, visitors confirm that they have familiarised themselves with the internal rules and undertake to comply with them.

  • SPA VILNIUS staff reserve the right to refuse entry or request that visitors leave the premises if they fail to comply with the rules or pose a threat to safety and the relaxation of other guests.

  • Services may only be used after payment has been made or with a valid reservation.

  • Guests are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time.

  • If arriving up to 15 minutes late, the treatment time will be shortened.

  • If arriving more than 15 minutes late or in case of no-show, payments are non-refundable.

  • If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a 100% service fee applies.

  • The reservation time may be changed once.

  • Visitors must evaluate their health condition before using the services.

  • Pregnancy, allergies, or other health conditions must be communicated to the specialist in advance.

  • Treatments for pregnant guests are performed from the 12th week of pregnancy.

  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances, as well as those suffering from contagious diseases, will not be admitted.

  • Children under 18 may only visit when accompanied by an adult.

  • SPA areas are intended for relaxation and tranquillity. Therefore, we kindly ask you to:

    • maintain silence and respect other guests’ rest;

    • keep mobile phones on silent mode;

    • refrain from photographing or filming other guests without their consent;

    • refrain from any commercial filming or photography.

  • Bringing food, beverages, or animals into the SPA is prohibited.

  • Footwear must be left at reception, and outdoor clothing placed in the designated area.

  • Personal belongings must be stored in locked lockers.

  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.

  • Bathrobes and towels may not be removed from the SPA premises.

  • Comments or complaints may be submitted by email to: [email protected]. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
