Internal rules

  1. JSC Anšilas is a personal data controller and and with your express approval, the personal data you supply may be used for internal marketing reasons. You have the right to become acquainted with the company's personal data handling policy and guidelines.

  2. The hotel reception is open from 8.00 to 23.00 hrs.

  3. Check-in begins at 15.00 hrs. for individual visitors and ends at 12.00 hrs.  (Group check-out is till 11.00 hrs.)

  4. Please provide your ID and credit card number upon check-in.

  5. Parents or accompanying adults are solely responsible for the health, safety, and behaviour of children under the age of 16 and people with disabilities staying at the hotel, as well as for the adherence to the regulations.

  6. Children under the age of 16 and handicapped persons are only permitted in the pool if accompanied by a supervising adult who is responsible for their safety and life. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the gym. Children between the ages of 14 and 16 are allowed to exercise in the gym without their parents, but parents are fully responsible for their children, their behaviour, and any health injuries.

  7. Please return the key card to the hotel reception upon departure. If the key is lost, we will charge a 3 € key manufacturing cost to your account.

  8. If you have used the mini bar, please give a list of the beverages you consumed upon check-out.

  9. SPA VILNIUS is a non-smoking smoking facility (including rooms and balconies). Please note that a fee of 100 € will be charged if additional room cleaning with special cleaning products is necessary. There is a smoking area is located further away from the hotel to accommodate the needs of smoking guests.

  10. We ask that only registered guests remain overnight in the rooms for their own safety.

  11. Please keep in mind that guests are charged for all persons who remain in the accommodation.

  12. If a guest does not vacate the room by 14.00 hrs. and cannot be contacted, or if the guest deliberately fails to pay for the services and fails to vacate the room at the request of the administration, the administration retains the right to take the guest's belongings to the hotel's storage facilities.

  13. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

  14. The restaurant has a smart casual dress code. Guests wearing bathrobes are not allowed in the restaurant.

  15. The SPA is a relaxation and tranquility area, so please leave your mobile phones in the room or in the SPA's reception area.

  16. You can cancel your SPA treatment appointment up to four hours before the start of the treatment. There are no refunds available if you do not show up on time for treatment and without warning.

  17. There will be no refunds for unused services included in the packages.

  18. Thank you for keeping the hotel inventory safe. Damage to the accommodation (broken furniture, ripped bed linen, discoloured, or otherwise damaged carpeting, requirement for extra cleaning with specific tools, etc.) is subject to an additional fee. Damage shall be assessed by the hotel management.

  19. Rooms are cleaned daily between 9.00 and 16.00 hrs. and in absence of the client.

  20. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are changed every 3 days. Towels are changed daily if you leave them on the bathroom floor.

  21. For your own convenience, if you notice any issues in the appliances or equipment, please notify the reception and the faults will be corrected as soon as possible.

  22. The hotel has quiet hours from 23.00 to 6.00 hrs. Please be considerate of your neighbors’ rest. If other visitors bother you, please contact the 24–hour security guard by tel. 956.

  23. For your safety, CCTV cameras are installed in the common areas of the hotel.

  24. Payments from individuals are accepted in cash in euro or by bank credit cards.

  25. Please use electrical appliances as intended. Please call reception for instructions on how to use the appliances or in the event of a malfunction.

  26. Persons intoxicated with alcohol, narcotics, drugs, or psychotropic substances may be refused accommodation and denied access to the SPA center, pool and sauna areas, or the restaurant.

  27. Please exercise extreme caution in the shower and restroom facilities. Use mats on slippery floors.
