Internal rules

Reservation guarantee

  • The reservation will be guaranteed once no less than 50% of the total payment is paid by credit card or bank transfer no later than within 2 working days from the date of order.

  • If reservation is made less than 2 days until arrival, the advance must be paid on the same day.

  • When making several reservations, it is recommended to make one payment transfer, indicating all order numbers.

  • Unused advance payment is returned into the payer’s account by request. Bank transfer fee is deducted from the unused advance payment.

  • Non-ensured reservation shall be cancelled.

Changing/canceling reservation

  • Reservation can be cancelled or re-scheduled without a cancellation fee up to 5 days before the arrival date. If the guest does not arrive without cancelling the reservation or if it is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the one-night programme. This amount will be deducted from your deposit.

  • Payment and cancellation conditions for travel agencies/companies are laid down in contracts and advance invoices.

Paying with a gift voucher

  • A gift voucher can be used to guarantee your reservation until its expiry date.

  • If the services using the gift voucher have been booked and are not cancelled by the guest or rescheduled to another date at your convenience at least 5 days (10 working days in high season) before the date of arrival, they will be considered as used.

  • No refunds will be given after the expiry date.

  • No exchange of a valid voucher for cash and no refund.

SPA VILNIUS aims to ensure the health and well-being of its guests and employees, not only to increase the efficiency and comfort of your wellness, but also to contribute to the environment by reducing air pollution. We will help you to take the first steps towards better well-being and stronger health. For your comfort, relaxation and children's well-being, please note that SPA VILNIUS rooms, including balconies, are NON-SMOKING.

Please respect this rule: an additional 100 € charge is applied for cleaning the room after smoking with special products to neutralise the smell of tobacco.

Hotel

  • Check-in starts at 15.00 hrs.

  • Check-out till 12.00 hrs

  • We love pets very much, but our hotel is not equipped to accommodate and care for them. Please leave your beloved pets for someone to care.

SPA

  • You are welcome in the pool and sauna complex with Little Relaxation from 10.00 to 20.00.

  • We recommend booking your SPA services in advance to guarantee the treatments and times you want.

  • SPA treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the start of the treatment.

  • No refunds will be given for services that are included in the programmes but not used.

  • Please wear western style swimsuit and slippers for the swimming pool.

  • The SPA is a relaxation and tranquillity area. Talking on your mobile phone or having loud conversations with a colleague may not help you or others to relax – please leave all your business and conversations outside and immerse yourself in the SPA in a sense of peace, relaxation, and rebirth. Enjoy an oasis of peace.

  • We recommend drinking natural mineral water to restore and maintain magnesium and other minerals. Your doctor will advise you on how to use mineral water, its mineral content, temperature, and frequency during the consultation.

  • We recommend wearing sportswear and footwear in the gym.

Restaurant MIŠKE

If you have any special dietary requirements (gluten free, lactose free, etc.), please address the restaurant administrator.

  • Restaurant MIŠKE dress code - smart casual.

  • We recommend booking a table for the music programme in advance.

  • Restaurant MIŠKE opening hours: I–IV 12.30–23.00, V 12.30–24.00, VI 13.00–24.00, VII 13.00–23.00

  • Buffet breakfast: I–V 8.00–10.30, VI–VII 8.00–11.00

For guests arriving by car

  • SPA VILNIUS is equipped with a CityCharge Double Mode 3 public charging station with two Type 2 sockets 22 kW each. Electric car charging for guests staying at the hotel 0,25 € / kWh.
