According to Ayurveda, our body consists of five elements – ether, air, fire and earth. In different proportions, these elements form three basic biological energies, also called the three doshas. Vata (air), Pitta (fire) and Kapha (earth) manifest in the physical and psychological structure of the human being and affect the health.
If the diet is unbalanced and the environmental conditions are unsuitable, one dosha starts dominating and causing ailments; to avoid that, it is necessary to restore the balance of the doshas.
The massage is selected by determining the dominant dosha, which affects both the body and the soul or, in other words, mental and physical health. After the massage, you will enjoy a sense of inner harmony and an improved well-being!
The sequence:
Consultation with a specialist to get acquainted with the treatment.
A welcome ritual with a relaxing foot bath with warm milk and rose petals.
An individually selected full-body massage with black sesame oil. The procedure involves a massage of the legs, arms, back, abdomen, shoulders, neck, face and head.
The ritual is finished with a meditation to relax the mind.
The massage therapist will give you individual recommendations and accompany you to the lounge to enjoy a cup of warm herbal tea.
Effects of the treatment:
Relaxes deeply, warms the tissues and improves their elasticity.
Ayurvedic Vata massage warms the body and calms down the mind and emotions.
Ayurvedic Pitta massage treats the deep muscles and calms down the emotions.
Ayurvedic Kapha massage improves metabolism and energizes.
