Length of the swimming pool - 14 meters, width – 4,3 m, depth – 1,3 m. The pool’s water temperature is from 26 °C to 28 °C, Jacuzzi - from 35 °C to 37 °C.
At your disposal – mineral water swimming pool, swimming pool for kids, Jacuzzi (10 seats), Finnish sauna, Turkish bath.
A state-of-the-art gym equipped with TechnoGym cardiovascular and strength machines as well as weights area. Cardio-body-builders are intended both for people who have cardiovascular diseases or having risk factors and for healthy people as well. They improve the bloodstream, strengthen heart activity and endurance, besides, having the cardio-training, calories are burned and the body weight is reduced.
Mechanobody-builders are intended for toning and developing the muscles. They develop both upper and lower part of the
body. Intended for sportsmen and rehabilitation; it helps increasing muscle endurance and power.
Rubber slippers are required in the pool.
