GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASE AND USAGE TERMS

SPA VILNIUS is a healthy leisure center where we care not only about the quality of your rest, but also strive to ensure that every moment of your relaxation is smooth and peaceful from the very first step. To use or gift a SPA VILNIUS voucher, we invite you to ознакомиться with the gift voucher purchase and usage terms.
1. General provisions
1.1. A gift voucher confirms the holder’s right to use the amount or specific service indicated on it.
1.2. A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
1.3. A gift voucher is not valid for purchases in the online store shop.spavilnius.lt.
1.4. Upon arrival, the gift voucher must be presented at the reception during registration.
1.5. A gift voucher is valid only for the services specified on it.
2. Security and responsibility
2.1. The gift voucher must be kept as a valuable document, as it is required for payment.
2.2. The voucher code (number) must not be disclosed to third parties.
2.3. If unauthorized persons obtain the voucher code, they may use it; therefore, the holder must ensure its confidentiality.
2.4. In case of loss or disclosure of the voucher code, services will not be provided.
3. Purchase and validity
3.1. A gift voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue.
3.2. Services must be used before the expiration date.
3.3. After expiration, the amount paid is non-refundable and the services are considered used.
4. Extension of validity
4.1. If the voucher has not expired but the visit is booked for a later date, it may be extended free of charge for up to 1 (one) month.
4.2. If the voucher has expired, it may still be extended for an additional fee, so that the total validity period equals one year from the date of purchase.

4.4. After payment, the voucher validity will be renewed.
5. Payment and usage
5.1. If the service value exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid in cash or by card.
5.2. If services of a lower value are purchased, the remaining amount is not refunded.
6. Usage locations
6.1. Value vouchers can be used in all SPA VILNIUS centers in Druskininkai, Anykščiai, Vilnius, as well as Monist Palanga, or in the city specified on the voucher.
6.2. Value vouchers can be used in parts only within the same center.
6.3. Service vouchers are valid only in the specific SPA center indicated.
7. Special conditions
7.1. Value vouchers are issued starting from 50 €.
7.2. Accommodation vouchers require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
7.3. The “10 + 1” offer applies to vouchers from 100 €.
7.4. Discounts under this offer cannot be combined.
7.5. The eleventh voucher matches the value or service of the other ten.
8. Discounts and offers
8.1. Discounts do not apply when paying with vouchers marked with the letter “R”.
8.2. SPA VILNIUS discounts do not apply when paying with third-party vouchers.
9. Non-official purchases
9.1. If vouchers are purchased not directly from SPA VILNIUS or its official partners, the buyer assumes full responsibility.
9.2. The first used voucher is considered valid.
10. Documents for legal entities
10.1. An invoice is issued only after the services have been used.
10.2. Voucher expenses may be treated as representation costs if supported by valid documents.
10.3. Required documents:
- proof of payment;
- voucher transfer–acceptance act.
10.4. The act specifies whether an invoice is required.
10.5. If not required, it will not be issued even after services are used.
10.6. If required, it will be issued after service usage.
