Is there a loyalty discount for online bookings?

It is not technically possible to apply a discount when booking online. If you book online, the loyalty discount will be applied on departure.

Can we book treatments online?

When booking a room online, you can add preferred treatments to the cart, but you cannot reserve a specific time. Our SPA guides will contact you to coordinate the treatment booking options and specific times.

Can I buy a gift voucher online?

You can buy a gift voucher for services with accommodation or a certain sum of money on the SPA VILNIUS website. It is not technically possible to buy a gift voucher online for individual treatments. Buy a gift

Do you have a place to store your bikes, scooters or skis?

SPA VILNIUS has a place to store your bicycles, scooters and skis, but we also invite you to rent our inventory (bicycles and scooters) and leave these concerns to us.

Do you deliver breakfast boxes if we need to leave very early?

we can arrange a breakfast box for early departures, when breakfast is not available at the LABAI restaurant.

Do you have a parking and do we need to reserve parking spaces?

Yes, SPA VILNIUS has several free car parks on site. No parking reservation is required.

Do you accept pets?

We love pets, but our hotel is not equipped for accommodating and caring for them.

Do you accept early check-ins?

You can check into your room at SPA VILNIUS from 15:00, but if your room is available and ready, we will be happy to check you in earlier. If you arrive early and we cannot provide you with a room key, we will offer to store your luggage and visit the SPA centre or the LABAI restaurant at the meantime.

Can SPA services be listed as accommodation services on the VAT invoice?

The VAT invoice will only list the services that you will use during your stay: accommodation, meals, procedures, and conference services.

Can we check out later than 12:00?

For an efficient stay, we invite you to try the variety of SPA services. If there are no new arrivals planned for your room, we can offer complimentary late check-out from the room until 16:00. Please contact the hotel administrator for later departure. If a later check-out is not possible, we can always store your luggage so you can spend time in the SPA, the LABAI restaurant, or stay to work in the Winter Garden.

Do I need booking for the pool and sauna area and the gym?

Booking is not required for the mineral water pool, sauna complex and gym, and for the hotel guests, there are no time restrictions for using these facilities.

Can the pool and saunas be used for free?

Guests staying at SPA VILNIUS hotel can use the mineral water pool, sauna complex, and gym without limitations and free of charge.

Do you provide transportation services, for example, to/from Vilnius?

SPA VILNIUS offers its guests the transfer services from Vilnius and Kaunas to Druskininkai and back. Advance booking is required.

Are the conference rooms in the same building as the hotel?

SPA VILNIUS Conference Centre is a modern conference centre with 8 conference rooms of different sizes, a Winter Garden and remote workspaces in the same building as the hotel, SPA, bowling alley, and the LABAI restaurant.

Will coffee breaks take place in the same room where we will be working?

Coffee breaks take place in the Winter Garden, next to the conference rooms, but we can also organise coffee breaks in the conference room on request.

Do you have additional activities or education for groups?

SPA VILNIUS has the LABAI bowling alley where teams can compete. Our business account managers can organise excursions, tastings, and educational activities for you individually. Contact us for your conference or event needs.

Can we rent just a conference room without accommodation?

SPA VILNIUS also welcomes groups without accommodation services in the conference centre. Our business account managers will advise you on all matters and prepare an offer for all inquiries.

Is there good Wi-Fi throughout the SPA VILNIUS territory?

High-speed WiFi is available in the rooms, the conference centre, the Winter Garden and public areas. We recommend taking a break from screens and relaxing in the SPA centre as only there we have a weaker internet connection there.

Is there an option to find a few places for managers to work without renting a conference room?

We recommend that guests staying at SPA VILNIUS use the Winter Garden or the conference room for individual work. Our SPA guides will help you coordinate work and leisure.

Is there an electric vehicle charging station at SPA VILNIUS?

SPA VILNIUS is equipped with a CityCharge Double Mode 3 public charging station with two Type 2 sockets 22 kW each. Electric car charging for hotel guests 0,25 € / kWh

Is smoking allowed on the balconies at SPA VILNIUS?

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED throughout the SPA VILNIUS territory, including rooms, balconies, and terraces. For the convenience of smoking guests, a separate smoking area is provided in the hotel.

Can I drink tap water?

You can drink cold tap water directly from the tap. We have installed a Swiss-programmed high-tech Aqua 4 D water treatment system that physically treats the water without chemical additives, preserving its best properties and allowing our guests to enjoy exceptionally pure water. You can either use your own water bottle or purchase one at the SPA VILNIUS reception. For therapeutic and health purposes, we recommend drinking natural Sveikata mineral water directly from our well-room.

What events are organised at SPA VILNIUS?

The SPA VILNIUS Boutique offers various health and beauty education sessions with our specialists. These sessions take place at the SPA bar on Wednesdays, and musical evenings are held in the LABAI restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays starting from 19:00. On Saturdays we offer themed buffet dinners, and during the warmer months, grill fiestas on weekends.

Do you have a menu for vegetarians at the LABAI restaurant?

At the LABAI restaurant, we offer dishes for vegetarians and vegans. If you have special dietary requirements (gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.), please contact the LABAI restaurant administrator.

Can I have breakfast later in the restaurant, after the buffet breakfast has ended?

SPA VILNIUS restaurant LABAI offers a brunch designed for the "owls". Brunch is served daily from 8:00 to 12:00. Brunch is not included in the room rate.

Does SPA VILNIUS organise private events?

For private or corporate events, we offer the following SPA VILNIUS spaces: LABAI restaurant, Fireplace Hall of LABAI restaurant, LABAI bowling alley and the conference centre. Reservations are accepted: +370 313 51454 or SALES@SPAVINIUS.LT

What services do you offer for children?

SPA VILNIUS has a children's playroom with a babysitter (free of charge for children from 4 years of age) and an outdoor playground for our little guests. There are various activities for children on weekends and during children's holidays: games with a babysitter or animator, bowling tournaments, various crafts, educational activities, and animated movies. We also recommend the little guests to experience the pleasures of the SPA in baths, massages, or Tim the Squirrel's exercise. LABAI restaurant and bar offer special children's menu.

We are coming with a baby. Will there be a crib and a baby potty in the room?

With prior arrangement, we can provide a crib and a baby potty or other necessary items in the rooms. Due to limited room space, cribs cannot be placed in Mini Twin, Standard Twin, Twin without Balcony, and Twin with Terrace rooms.
