Halo-chamber

Probably you have heard that the air enriched with various salts particularly favourably effects our organism. Many people go to the sea in order to breathe salty air but the greatest salt content is found in the air of salt mines. To feel the healing effects of salty air on the organism, you don't have to go to salt mines. Such trip may be replaced by halotherapy treatments.

Halotherapy is a method of non-pharmaceutical and preventive treatment method the essence of which is the artificially created microclimate which in its parameters is close to the microclimate of salt mines.

Progress of the treatment:

• You should come 5 min. To the start of the session in order to put on special clothes for spending time in a salt room and boot swabs;

• During the session, you will spend time in comfortable armchairs in a semi-recumbent position, calmly breathing through the mouth or nose. Please do not speak, do not walk and do not disturb others.

Halotherapy is really as simple as breathing. When small particles of salt get into bronchus, they have anti-inflammatory effects. In particular, this therapy is recommended to people who suffer from such chronic respiratory diseases as bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, sinusitis, faringitis, laringitis etc. And for people who suffer from skin diseases, i.e. psoriasis, seborrhoea, eczema, dermatitis etc. As salty environment is rich in iodine, halotherapy is also suitable for prevention of thyroid diseases.

Periodical breathing in salty air calms down the nervous system, strengthens the general resistance of the organism.

The treatment is not recommended immediately after a swimming pool. The results of this treatment for children under 3 years are unquestionable. After time spent in a halo-chamber we recommend to consume more liquids, since breathing in air rich in salts results in sort of dehydration.
