Since ancient times, the sauna has been valued not only as a place for physical cleansing but also for spiritual renewal, and when experienced together, the ritual becomes even more meaningful and harmonious. The magic of the whisk ritual is born from warmth, aromas, and a slow rhythm that allows both body and mind to fully relax.

Treatment flow

The ritual begins with warming the feet – through active points, the entire body is gently prepared for the experience. The treatment takes place in a sauna with a temperature of approximately 70 °C and 40–60% humidity. Aromatherapy throughout the ritual enhances relaxation and deepens the sensory experience.

Stages of the ritual:

• introduction to the ritual and its course;
• body warming in the sauna;
• whisk treatment: both bodies are gently fanned, compressed, and whisked;
• revitalisation with cold water;
• herbal tea served after the ritual.

For maximum effect, the ritual is recommended to be enjoyed without clothing. If this is not comfortable, the treatment may be performed wearing swimwear, or disposable underwear can be provided by the specialist.

Recommendation

After the ritual for two, it is recommended to take time to rest and allow the body to recover naturally. Drink plenty of water or herbal tea and avoid intense physical activity and sudden temperature changes.

Massages and other SPA treatments are advised 1.5–2 hours later, once body temperature and circulation have returned to normal. This helps prolong the feeling of calm and shared closeness created by the ritual.
