Sauna Experience

Short but effective sauna program – a concentrated experience of warmth and aromas designed for quick relaxation, gentle body warming, and sensory renewal. Soft sauna heat, fragrances, and fan movements help release daily tension and prepare the body for rest or further SPA treatments.

The procedure is performed in a sauna with an ambient temperature of approximately 70 °C and 40–60% humidity, ensuring a comfortable and safe thermal effect.

Available programs

You may choose one of three different sauna experiences:

Aromatherapy Sauna Experience
A sauna fan moistened with aromatherapy oils is used to evenly distribute warm steam and fragrances around the body, helping to calm the mind, relax, and restore inner balance.

Dzūkija Forest Steam
Dried herbs collected in the forests of Dzūkija are used. Natural forest aromas are released through steam and gently circulated above the guest with a fan, creating a refreshing and deeply relaxing sensation.

Whisk Heat Therapy
Birch and oak whisks are used to spread warmth and aromas around the body without direct contact, offering a gentle and soothing heat therapy.

Procedure flow

• introduction to the selected sauna program;

• comfortable body warming in the sauna;

• distribution of heat, steam, and aromas using a fan or whisks;

• short relaxation after the procedure.

Effects on the body

• helps to relax and calm down more quickly;

• stimulates perspiration and natural detoxification;

• reduces tension, fatigue, and stress;

• improves breathing and provides a sense of lightness;

• prepares the body for further SPA treatments.

Contraindications

The procedure is not recommended in cases of acute illness, fever, severe cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, skin infections, or open wounds. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting a SPA specialist before the procedure.

Recommendation

After the sauna program, it is recommended to relax and drink water or herbal tea. Massages and other SPA treatments are advised 1–2 hours later, once the body has returned to its normal state. This program is ideal as a gentle introduction to a SPA day or a short refreshment between treatments.

As the procedure is not individual and may take place together with other guests, it is performed while wearing swimwear to ensure comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly invite you to reserve your chosen sauna program in advance – each program takes place at a scheduled time, and selection on site is not available.
