Relaxing Whisk Ritual

Since ancient times, the sauna has been valued not only as a place for physical cleansing but also for spiritual renewal. Gentle yet deep body warming, natural whisks, and aromatherapy create a harmonious effect on the entire body. The magic of the whisk ritual is a moment when time slows down and both body and mind sink into quiet rest.

Treatment flow

The ritual begins with warming the feet – an area rich in active points connected to the organs of the whole body. Through these points, the body is gently prepared for the entire process.
The procedure takes place in a sauna with a temperature of approximately 70 °C and 40–60% humidity. Aromatherapy is used throughout the ritual to enhance relaxation.

Stages of the ritual:

• introduction to the ritual and its course;
• body warming in the sauna;
• whisk treatment: the body is gently fanned, compressed, and whisked;
• revitalisation with cold water;
• herbal tea served after the treatment.

For maximum effect, the ritual is recommended to be enjoyed without clothing. If this is not comfortable, the procedure may be performed wearing swimwear, or disposable underwear can be provided by the specialist.

The Relaxing Whisk Ritual is not only deeply pleasurable but also highly beneficial:

Recommendation

After the Relaxing Whisk Ritual, it is recommended to allow time for rest and natural recovery. Drink plenty of water or herbal tea and avoid intense physical activity and sudden temperature changes.

Massages and other SPA treatments are advised no sooner than 1.5–2 hours after the ritual, once body temperature and circulation have returned to normal. This helps ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness of subsequent treatments.
