Carbonated bath

What to do if you are not in mood and have no strength? You can go for a walk and breathe in some fresh air or simply enjoy carbonated bath which will help to supply more oxygen to your organism. After this treatment, you will feel refreshed and energetic.

During the treatment small bubbles of carbon dioxide (CO2) massaging your skin will penetrate into deeper tissues and promote blood circulation, decrease the arterial and venous blood pressure, and harmonise the cardiac activity. During the therapy, you can deeply relax and as breathing slows down and becomes deeper and CO2 is inhaled, the whole nervous system comes down.

Progress and benefits of the carbonated bath:

• With your body up to the mid chest in the bath you can enjoy 34º-28ºC heat. After 15 minutes of enjoying the therapy of small bubbles dancing on your body, you will continue your rest for another 30 minutes.
• Carbonated bath improves metabolism, positively affects the respiratory and nervous system. Thus, soon you will again be in a good spirit, willingness to start working and enjoy your life.
• During the treatment, blood is supplied to your heart; thus, it becomes stronger and heart beet becomes slower. If you feel that your heart is anxiously tapping requesting for rest due to your tense agenda, you should really listen to it.

The treatment is performed every second day or for two consecutive days with a break on the third day. Generally, the cycle consists of 6-8-10 treatments depending on your needs and your doctor's recommendation.
