Cardio-body-builders are intended both for people who have cardiovascular diseases or having risk factors and for healthy people as well. They improve the bloodstream, strengthen heart activity and endurance, besides, having the cardio-training, calories are burned and the body weight is reduced. Alongside, testing is performed, which is intended on the purpose of determining the aerobic endurance. The programmes of cardio-body-builders allow choosing the individual programme depending on the physical state. They are also used for the warm-up before the training with mechanobody-builders.

Mechanobody-builders are intended for toning and developing the muscles. They develop both upper and lower part of the body. Intended for sportsmen and rehabilitation; it helps increasing muscle endurance and power.

Mineral Water Pool & Sauna Complex

The pool area contains mineral water swimming pool, swimming pool for kids, 2 Jacuzzi (6 and 10 seats), cold water tub, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, Bio-sauna and soft drinks bar.

Length of the swimming pool - 18 meters, width - 7 m, depth - from 1.40 m to 1.70 m. The pool's water temperature is from 26°C to 28°C, Jacuzzi - from 33°C to 36°C.

Also, after a hot sauna, we suggest trying the effective cold water tub.

An advanced AFM water filtration technology has been installed in the largest SPA VILNIUS pool, replacing the quartz sand used so far. Sounds complicated?

In fact, AFM is an activated filter media made of green glass. AFM is made only from green glass, which is the only glass with the necessary chemical and physical properties to make AFM self-disinfecting.

According to numerous studies, AFM filters up to 30% more organic matter than quartz sand or glass sand. In other words, it makes the water crystal clear.

AFM is certified and complies with the European drinking water standards.

It is interesting to note that Dryden Aqua, which developed AFM, has been working with chlorination systems for dolphins and other sensitive marine mammals for more than 30 years. Today, these marine biologists specialize in water management for swimming pools. Their goal is to eliminate toxic chlorine products and ensure the best air and water quality. Over 100,000 pools worldwide are already using the AFM technology. We are glad that our spa has joined their ranks.

AFM is biologically resistant and self-disinfecting, which ensures pool water quality and prevents the formation of biological bacterial films in the filtration layer. This allows the pool system to be healthier, greener and more economical.
